Day 1:
Hitting/Bunting(Offense)

Day 2:
Fielding/Throwing(Defense)
Life Skills Training
Day 3:
Physical Fitness/Baserunning(Speed, Agility and Explosiveness)
Media Training

Day 4:
Simulated Defensive Drills and Situations
Batting Practice
Life Skills Interviews

Day 5:
Break up into teams for scrimmage

glove, bat and helmet
also wear sweat pants or baseball pants and cleats

Directions:
Take I 85 to Exit # 58 Hwy 29 Concord. You will want to take the Concord exit not the Kannapolis exit. This will put you going south on Hwy 29. Follow Hwy 29 south to Hwy 601 bypass south.
Take 601 bypass south to 2nd stoplight. (Old Charlotte Rd.) At stoplight you will turn left onto Old Charlotte Rd. Follow Old Charlotte to next light at Swink Street.
Turn left onto Swink St. Next right is Hartsell School Rd. Turn right onto Hartsell School rd.
